3 days Zillertal Alps MTB Tour / MTB Tour with Guide & Overnight Stay

Across the Alps on a mountain bike – 3-day Zillertal Alps MTB tour – Our 3-day mini-transalp takes us over the most beautiful passes in the region through the Wipptal, Zillertal and Inntal. These three days are definitely not for beginners: fitness and solid riding technique are required. After the climbs through beautiful mountain valleys, we can marvel at the Tyrolean mountains and glaciers and then enjoy easy single trails. Depending on your wishes, mood and desire, we can also work on your riding technique in between.

We spend the night in small, fine accommodations, where we are pampered with local delicacies after a strenuous day of touring.

This is Tyrol at its best – fast and intense!

High above the Brenner

On the first day we cross the main Alpine ridge over the Flatscher Joch and ride down a magnificent trail into the Pfitscher Valley. If we feel like it, we can even add a bike summit.

Alpine passes

On our tour we cross three passes: the Flatscher Joch, the Pfitscher Joch and the Tuxer Joch. Even at the end of June, snow can make the passes quite exciting.

Final descent on the third day

After climbing a total of over 3,000 meters in altitude, we stand on the Tuxer Joch on the last day, enjoying the mountains and glaciers of Tyrol and looking down on one last, amazing descent. We roll out to Steinach am Brenner where our tour together ends.

Accommodations

Our accommodations are small, fine guesthouses with dinner and breakfast. In the evening, the in-house kitchen spoils us with Tyrolean delicacies and we end the evening together.

Target group

Our 3-day mini-Transalp is aimed at everyone who would like to experience something new. However, you should be prepared to put in a little effort and not be afraid to push your bike for a few sections. (Carrying it will not be necessary.) After the sometimes quite steep and strenuous climbs, great trails always await us in the valleys below, in the S1 area, where we get our money’s worth. Public transport can be used for arrival and departure (ÖBB). If you want to travel by car, you can do so; there are some parking spaces. The tour ends near the starting point. On this tour we transport our luggage ourselves.

There will also be enough time for riding technique tips, so that we can try out more difficult sections and develop our technique further. Of course, fun and safety always come first during the entire tour.

Your physical well-being is also taken care of. In the evening there are Austrian delicacies and perhaps a beer or glass of wine.

Program

The program can be adapted to the weather and group size. If there are enough registrations, there will be a leisurely group and a fast group. If possible, we are also happy to accommodate special requests.
