Do you love editing Reels and want to work on real bike content – even if you don’t have years of experience yet? Then you’re in the right place. I’m looking for support with Reels/Shorts (20–60s) and occasionally highlights (2–5 min) – with creative freedom and a clear direction.

How We Work
You get a briefing & references – but you’re free to bring in your own style. Iterative: draft → feedback → final polish.

Free course participation (by arrangement): riding technique/bike park/skills. If you ride: even better. If not: you’ll understand the content better.

Tasks
- Edit Reels/Shorts (20–60s), occasionally highlights (2–5 min)
- Pick the best-of from raw footage (GoPro, Insta360, DJI drone)
- Timing, music/sound, simple transitions
- Optional: subtitles, look/colour, motion text
Skills
- You can basically edit (CapCut/Premiere/DaVinci/Final Cut – doesn’t matter)
- A feel for rhythm & music
- Deliver reliably & communicate easily
- Portfolio/examples (small projects count too)
Nice to have: Insta360 reframing/360°, basic colour grading, social subtitles, MTB/outdoor vibe.

Thomas Baldermann
I’m Thomas – founder of GEMMA AUSSI – Bike Skill Venture Hub and owner of it-hub.at (it Hub Tirol). Bike guide, state-certified Gravity Instructor (BSPA) and drone pilot. I haven’t been self-employed forever – but that makes me especially hands-on, directly involved in getting things done, and I like collaboration that’s fair and easy-going.
