What you’ll take away

After this workshop you’ll be able to…

Conversion step by step

Apply rim tape, fit the tubeless valve, mount the tyre and add sealant – you do it all yourself and understand why.

Check sealing & solve problems

Pressure test, finding leaks and sealing them properly. What to do when it hisses – and when a tube makes sense as an emergency fix.

Roadside repairs on the trail

Big cuts, stubborn leaks, fitting plugs – you’ll know what to do when the sealant is no longer enough.

How it works

Your workshop in detail

  1. Meet & material check
A joint look at your wheel system – is it tubeless-ready? What do you need, what’s missing?
  2. Understanding the tubeless system
Rim tape, valve, sealant, tyre – how it all works together and which materials suit which setup.
  3. Setup on your own bike
You convert your own bike – from rim tape to the first fill of sealant. Step by step, with support.
  4. Breakdown scenarios & tips
What to do when it hisses on the trail? Plugs, spare tube, repair. You ride home prepared.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does my wheel system need to be tubeless-ready?

It should be tubeless-compatible (rim and tyre). We check this at the start of the workshop. Alternatively, we’ll help you plan an upgrade.

How much does the tubeless material cost?

Rim tape, valves and sealant are included in the workshop price. If you need a new tyre or wheelset, it can be bought on site in the shop.

Will I be able to do it all myself afterwards?

Yes – that’s the goal. After the workshop you’ll know how to re-seal, refresh the sealant and fix flats on the trail.

What happens if tubeless doesn’t hold on the trail?

We show you the emergency toolkit: fitting plugs, putting in a tube as backup, pressure-testing after sealing. You’ll never ride helpless again.
