What you’ll take away

After this workshop you’ll be able to…

Flat tyre – with & without tubeless

Patch or replace a tube, seal a tubeless tyre, fit plugs – you’ll be ready for every scenario.

🔗

Repair your chain

Fit a quick link, use a chain breaker, fix the chain in a single gear when nothing else works. You’ll always make it home.

Brake pads & more

Check and replace pads, push back pistons – plus quick fixes for loose bolts, broken grips or a stuck seatpost.

How it works

Your workshop in detail

  1. Discuss breakdown scenarios
What happens to you most often? We look at your setup and prioritise the most relevant breakdown situations.
  2. Theory: what do I need out on tour?
Mini pump, CO₂, patch kit, quick link, multitool – what really needs to come along and why.
  3. Practice: flat tyre & chain
You patch a tube, fit a tubeless plug, install a quick link – all by yourself, with our guidance.
  4. Brake pads & system check
Spot pad wear, replace them, reset the pistons. You’ll know when you need the workshop – and when you don’t.

Frequently asked questions

Does the workshop cover tubeless and tube systems?

Both. We cover both systems – tubeless plugs, sealant, an emergency tube and classic patching. Tell us when you sign up what you ride.

What tour tools should I always carry?

We recommend: mini pump or CO₂, patch kit/emergency tube, tubeless plugs, quick link + chain breaker, multitool, a spare brake pad. We show all of it in the workshop.

How long does fixing a flat on the trail take?

With practice: sealing tubeless under 2 minutes, swapping a tube about 5–10 minutes. After this workshop you’ll know how.

Is the workshop also suitable for e-bike riders?

Yes. The repair basics are the same. With an e-bike there are a few extra considerations (motor protection etc.) which we also cover.
