General

1. Booking/conclusion of contract:

By registering, which may be done in writing, by telephone or verbally, the customer makes a binding offer of a contract. This contract applies to the client and all registered persons. The client fulfils the contractual obligations on behalf of all accompanying persons. By registering, participants accept the applicable terms and conditions. The contract comes into effect through an email from the organiser.
Courses can be booked via the form (registration) on the website or by informal email. Verbal registrations are not possible.
The total amount is to be paid upon receipt of the booking confirmation, unless the confirmation indicates another option.
The contract may be cancelled within 14 days without giving reasons, provided that registration is made 1 month before the start of the contract.

2. Participation requirements

Participation is permitted for anyone who meets the fitness and health requirements appropriate to the event.
Suitable equipment such as clothing, safety gear, an appropriate bicycle and the demonstrably paid contract fees are also required.
The course instructor is entitled to exclude a participant at the start of or during the event. There is no entitlement to a refund of the amount paid.

3. Minor participants

The participation of persons under 18 years of age (minors) requires the written consent of the legal guardian (parents, a parent or other legal representative). Only a written declaration by the legal guardian is accepted as consent.

If consent is not provided no later than the day the event begins, this constitutes an important reason entitling the travel agency to withdraw from the contract.

Any disadvantages incurred by the participant as a result of failing to submit or hand over the declaration of consent (in good time) shall be borne by the participant.

4. Start of the event

The event participant is responsible for being present punctually at the agreed time and place. In the event of non-compliance, there is no entitlement to a refund of the amount paid.

5. Payment

Payment is made to the bank details stated in the order confirmation.

6. Withdrawal from the contract

Termination of the event by the participant

If a participant terminates the event early, they have no entitlement to a refund whatsoever.

Withdrawal before the start of the event

Cancellation fees:
from the 14th to the 10th day before the event 50 %
from the 10th to the 1st day before the event 100 %

Events take place in any weather as a matter of principle.

Please inform us in advance; where applicable, an alternative arrangement may be possible.

6.1 Illness

 In the event of illness, the amount paid will only be refunded with a medical certificate. On request, a voucher can be issued.

7. Liability

We accept no liability for damage arising from failure to follow the instructions of the event leader. Likewise, we are not liable in the event of non-compliance with road traffic regulations or the applicable forestry law. Participation is at your own risk. Participants are themselves responsible for complying with legal regulations and waive all claims against the organiser. By participating, it is declared that the participant is in good physical and mental health. In the event of any impairment, the event leader must be informed immediately.

8. Warranty

Complaints must be reported by the end of the event at the latest

9. Obligations of GEMMA AUSSI

We undertake to provide the agreed services to an appropriate extent.
We reserve the right to have the event carried out by third parties.

10. Photo and film material

Photo and film material created during the events may be used by us for advertising purposes.

11. Insurance

No insurance is included in the price.
We recommend that all our customers take out travel cancellation insurance and review their existing insurance policies such as accident, health and other insurance – abroad!
