Frequently Asked Questions

Which Rock Shox models is the workshop suitable for?

The lower leg service works similarly on all common Rock Shox models (Pike, Lyrik, Revelation, Sid, etc.). Please state your model when booking.

How often should I service my fork?

Rock Shox recommends a lower leg service every 50 riding hours. More often in muddy conditions – the responsiveness improves noticeably right afterwards.

Can I carry out my full service (service kit) myself?

The lower leg service is the first step. We show you the complete internal service (air chamber, damper) in the workshop – whether you do it yourself or take it to a shop is then up to you.

Does this also apply to dropper posts?

The workshop focuses on forks. We’re happy to cover dropper posts (e.g. RockShox Reverb) as a bonus – just ask us when booking.
