Frequently asked questions:
I’ve never ridden a trail – is this right for me?

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to have ridden trails before?
No. Level 0 starts on the practice area and easy forest paths. The only requirement is being able to ride a bike safely.
Is Level 0 also for e-MTB riders?
Yes, explicitly. An e-bike behaves differently (weight, motor assistance) – we cover both. Many Level 0 participants come on an e-MTB.
What’s the difference to Level 1?
Level 0 takes place on the practice area and easy trails. Level 1 heads out onto real singletrails – more terrain, more challenge.
How long until I can ride Level 1?
It depends on how much you practise in between. Some do Level 1 straight afterwards, others practise for a few weeks. At the end of the course we’ll tell you where you stand.
