MTB Skills Course in Tyrol – ride safer & better

MTB skills course training Innsbruck Tyrol

Position, posture and gaze are the foundation of your riding technique.

More control, more safety – and more fun on the bike.

Flow happens when technique and control come together.

  • Trail riding behaviour: on the trail you continuously apply the general riding behaviour
  • Braking: controlled, setting braking points
  • Cornering technique (slow & fast), vision technique
  • Line choice
  • Spotting and clearing obstacles
  • Optional depending on level: steep descents, switchbacks, drops & jumps

2.5 hours of training • small groups (max. 7 people).

Across Tyrol – depending on level on practice areas, forest roads, easy trails or in the bike park (on request).

MTB in good condition, helmet (mandatory), gloves, weatherproof clothing.

Coach depending on the date: Thomas or an in-house trained team guide. Standard & contents are identical.

What prior experience do I need?

From beginner to advanced – we adapt the contents and pace.

Which bikes are suitable?

Depending on the course, an MTB full-suspension or hardtail in good condition

Does the training take place in the rain?

Yes – exercises & pace are adapted. Wet conditions bring valuable learning effects.
In case of extreme weather the session is rescheduled.

How big are the groups?

Max. 7 people for plenty of practice time.

Private possible?

Yes, 1:1 or duo – 3 hours, €320.

Who are your courses suitable for?

We clarify your level in advance. Depending on experience, goal and date, a course, private coaching or another format may suit you better.

What happens in bad weather?

Mountain biking is fun even in light rain! In case of storms or thunderstorms we reschedule the session – you’ll be informed in good time.

What do I need to take part?

A fully functional mountain bike (e-bike possible), helmet and gloves. Further details are in the course description.
