Frequently Asked Questions About Our Courses

What do I need to bring to the course?

Your bike (MTB or e-MTB, roadworthy), helmet (mandatory), closed shoes, gloves, weatherproof clothing and drinks for the day. We recommend body protectors from Level 2 onwards. No bike of your own? No worries — you can get rental bikes and gear from us.

How does booking work?

Pick a date → click on “Details & Book” → fill in the form. You’ll receive a confirmation within 24 hours with the meeting point, time and all the details. Payment by bank transfer or on site.

Can I cancel free of charge?

Free up to 48 hours before the course starts. After that we charge 50% of the course fee. If we cancel due to weather, you’ll get an alternative date or a full refund.
