Skills Courses Ötztal — Trails, Location and Conditions
In the Ötztal we train in one of the most modern bikeparks in the Alps — Bike Republic Sölden has 12 shaped lines, 18 natural trails and 2 pumptracks. Several new trails are coming for 2026 (Hupfar Jumpline, Drimmle Line, Traien extended). If you want to learn bikepark skills systematically, you get maximum variety here.
Riding areas at a glance
- Bike Republic Sölden: 12 shaped lines, 18 natural trails, 2 pumptracks — spread across Gaislachkogl and Giggijoch
- New for 2026: Hupfar Jumpline (1.55 km red, with tables, rollers, drops, berms), Drimmle Line (blue, links Gaislachkogl and Giggijoch without a valley descent), Traien Trail extended to 2.3 km
- Season 2026: Summer Kickstart 04 June 2026, BRS Festival 18–21 June 2026
- Touring links: classic Ötztal touring routes towards Vent, Längenfeld and the Pitztal Glacier
What suits you?
- Skills beginners (Level 0–1): the new blue Drimmle Line and the practice area are ideal beginner training lines — we also build your first jumps here
- Advanced riders (Level 2–3): the red Hupfar Jumpline can be ridden in stages — from first jumps to ambitious skill progression
- E-bike leisure riders: high-alpine tours to mountain pastures like Wurzbergalm or Stallenalm — moderate climbs on forest roads, a classic mountain-hut stop
With Pitztal, Imst and the Reschenpass nearby, the coaching stays flexible — the Ötztal often has different weather from the Inntal.
