The Naturpark Region Reutte lies in the Tyrolean Außerfern on the border with Bavaria — the Lechtal, Tannheimer Tal and Plansee area together offer over 138 km of MTB routes for all skill levels. The region is quieter and less crowded than Tyrol’s big areas, yet has its own distinct character between the Lechtal Alps and the Allgäu Alps.

• Trail and flow fans: the Lechtal Alps offer demanding single trails with a classic alpine character — low tourist pressure, great conditions for focused skill days
• E-bike leisure riders: the Außerfern is one of Tyrol’s quietest e-bike areas — the Tannheimer Tal and Plansee with well-kept forest roads, plenty of alpine pastures and huts as day destinations, very little traffic
• Beginners and families: the flatter section of the Lech Trail and the Plansee routes are ideal for relaxed touring days — and with the link to the Allgäu, coaching can take place across the border

With the Allgäu, the Zugspitz Arena and the upper Inn Valley right next door, we have flexible weather alternatives — and the Naturpark region often has a different climate from the Inn Valley.
