Skills Courses Innsbruck — Trails, Location and Conditions
Innsbruck is our central coaching base — with Bikepark Innsbruck (Muttereralm, 9 trails over 20 km) and the Bichl Trails in the Rossau right within the city, two very different skill areas sit on the edge of town. Anyone wanting everything from bikepark entry to singletrail training at a single location is in the right place.
Areas at a glance
- Bikepark Innsbruck (Muttereralm): 9 trails over 20 km — pumptrack, dual slalom, flow trail, downhill. Rookie Park with a BagJump airbag for safe jump practice. Season start 22.05.2026
- Bichl Trails (Rossau Innsbruck): a natural singletrail cluster right within the city — reachable without a lift, ideal for focused tour training
- Location: both areas reachable from the city centre in 15–25 minutes
What suits you?
- Skills beginners (Level 0–1): the Rookie Park with its BagJump airbag is one of the best learning areas in Europe for first jumps — we build braking technique, body position and line choice up step by step
- Leisure e-bikers: numerous staffed mountain huts around Innsbruck (Höttinger Alm, Mutterer Alm, Arzler Alm) — moderate e-bike day tours with a hut stop and city panorama
- Advanced riders (Level 2–3): the Bichl Trails as a natural step up after the bikepark skills — line choice on changing terrain without lift comfort
Innsbruck is our main base — when the weather closes in over the city, Seefeld, the Stubai Valley and the Wipptal are 20–30 minutes away.
