Skills Courses Arlberg — Trails, Location and Conditions
On the Arlberg we coach across a 220 km marked route network in St. Anton and roughly 200 km in the wider Arlberg network — complemented by the Burgwald Bike-Trail in Lech, Vorarlberg’s first official freeride and enduro trail. The region combines high-alpine touring options with real bike-park skills.
Riding Areas at a Glance
- St. Anton am Arlberg: 220 km marked route network, bike transport on the Rendlbahn and Galzigbahn — valley routes, medium tours and sporty downhills
- Burgwald Bike-Trail (Lech): Vorarlberg’s first official freeride and enduro trail, starting at the Lech-Oberlech cable car — all difficulty levels
- Arlberg network: approx. 200 km of trails in the wider network of Stuben, St. Christoph and Zürs
- Season: best conditions from late June to early October
What Suits You?
- Advanced riders (Level 2–3): the Burgwald Bike-Trail in Lech has a freeride and enduro character — we train line choice and body position on alpine terrain
- E-bike leisure riders: high-alpine bike tours on forest roads to mountain restaurants and alpine huts — bike wash and service at all major mountain lifts, seamless infrastructure
- Beginners and families: marked valley routes and bike-transport options make the Arlberg beginner-friendly despite its alpine altitude
With Klostertal, Paznaun and the upper Inn Valley close by, we have flexible coaching days — weather on the Arlberg is often different from the southern and northern sides.
