Frequently asked questions.
From what age can children take part?
Our courses start from age 8. The Mini group is for 8–12-year-olds, the Shredder group for 13–17-year-olds. For younger children please get in touch directly – we will find an individual solution.
Does my child need riding experience?
No! Our courses are just as suitable for beginners with no prior experience as for kids who are already out on the bike. The guides adapt the training to each level.
What bike does my child need?
A working children’s bike or youth MTB – depending on the course. A mountain bike with gears and working brakes is ideal. A helmet is mandatory! If you have questions about equipment, just ask.
Is my child supervised the whole time?
Yes – our state-certified guides accompany the children throughout the entire course. Parents are welcome to join but do not have to – the course runs fine without parental supervision.
How big are the groups?
A maximum of 7 children per group – this way each child gets enough attention from the guide and the learning pace suits everyone.
What does a course cost?
You can find the current prices on the individual course pages or on our dates page. If you have questions about pricing for school classes, groups or special requests, just ask – we are happy to put together an individual offer.
