Self-Responsible Execution
The cycling tour is carried out by the group independently and on its own responsibility. GEMMA AUSSI provides only the e-bikes, the accessories, the logistics and the accommodation brokering. Accompaniment or guiding along the route is not part of this offer.
Disclaimer of Liability
GEMMA AUSSI accepts no liability for the choice of route, road and trail conditions, weather conditions or accidents during the tour. Each participant rides at their own risk and is responsible for complying with the applicable traffic regulations as well as for adequate insurance cover (health, accident and third-party liability insurance).
E-Bike Terms of Use
✔ Each participant is obliged to check the bike for roadworthiness before every use
✔ The bikes must be secured against theft when parked
✔ Use is at your own risk – claims for damages are excluded
✔ For damage (other than normal wear) the user is liable up to the replacement value of the bike
✔ In case of theft or loss, the replacement value must be paid (not insurable)
✔ Optional bike insurance against accident damage on request
✔ Late return without prior agreement: double the daily rate
✔ Until collection in Salzburg the group is liable for safe storage
Liability Waiver
Each participant must sign a liability waiver before the tour starts and accept the terms of use for the e-bikes. Wearing a bicycle helmet is strongly recommended.
Booking & Payment
✔ This offer is valid for 7 days
✔ On booking: 30 % deposit
✔ Balance: at the latest 30 days before departure
✔ GPS route files for the tour: free of charge
✔ Please send cancellations in writing by email

What is included in the camp price?
Coaching, guides, shuttles and the shared camp experience. Accommodation and catering depending on the camp format – details in the description.
What level do I need for a camp?
Every camp has a level rating. You should have basic riding technique – we offer camps from L0 to L3.
How many participants take part?
Max. 7–10 people per group – so everyone gets personal attention.
Can I come on my own?
Yes! Most participants come on their own and ride together as a group. That is part of the camp experience.
