Why an e-bike safety training course?
Handling the e-bike
E-bikes are heavier than analogue bikes – we practise handling the weight, with a focus on controlled braking, emergency stops and stopping in the wet.
Assistance under control
Pulling away on hills, choosing the right gear and a sensible motor setting for control instead of surprises.
Everyday & tour
Ride with foresight, read your lines, dodge safely – for the city, tours and easy forest roads.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Who are your courses suitable for?
We assess your level beforehand. Depending on your experience, goal and date, a course, private coaching or another format may suit you better.
How do I book a course?
You can enquire directly via the dates page or by email. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
What happens in bad weather?
MTB is fun even in light rain! In storms or thunderstorms we reschedule the session – you’ll be informed in good time.
What do I need to take part?
A fully working mountain bike (e-bike possible), helmet and gloves. Further details are in the course description.
Are the e-bike courses also suitable for seniors?
Yes, absolutely. Many participants are late starters and seniors who want to feel safe on the heavier e-bike. We train in small groups and at a patient pace – no pressure to perform, just safety and self-confidence.
What do we focus on in e-bike courses for seniors?
The focus is on getting on and off safely, handling the extra weight of the e-bike, controlled pulling away on hills and using the support levels correctly. That way you stay relaxed and safe in everyday riding and on tours.
