Why Mutters for kids & youth courses?
Bikepark Mutters = the ideal bikepark introduction for kids: short lifts, manageable rideable lines, a skill area to practise, a safe setting. We start at the pump track and move step by step into the lines.
Skill-area drills
We start on the pump track and practice area — berm technique, balance, braking. Only then it’s off into the real lines.
Controlled lines
We pick lines to match the level: blue flow lines with parents alongside. Every run is briefed beforehand and debriefed afterwards.
Guaranteed success moments
Coach ratio of max. 7 riders, focused on the positive. Kids leave the course saying “I can do this now!”.

Frequently asked questions about Bikepark Mutters kids courses
From what age is Bikepark Mutters suitable for children?
From around age 8 with their own MTB and a mandatory helmet. Before heading up the lift we practise on the pump track and skill area. Previous MTB experience is recommended.
What bike does my child need?
A hardtail or full-suspension bike with at least 100 mm of travel. Kids’ MTBs available as rental bikes. Helmet mandatory; knee/elbow protectors and gloves strongly recommended.
How much does a kids course at Bikepark Mutters cost?
Private: 1st child €320 for 2.5 h, each additional child €80. Regular full-day group courses from €89 p.p. Lift passes and rental bikes are extra.
Are the lines at Bikepark Mutters safe for children?
The blue flow lines are ideal for kids getting started. We choose the line to match the level and practise it step by step beforehand. Parents can ride along or watch.
