Mountain Biking in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis — Trails, Location and Conditions

Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is one of Tyrol’s family bike regions with a long bike-park tradition — the area is part of the Gravity Card network and offers continuous bike-park infrastructure from beginner trail to the 8.6 km Frommestrail. Anyone wanting to combine bike-park skills with classic alpine touring will find ideal conditions here thanks to the Waldbahn/Sonnenbahn/Komperdell/Schönjoch lift network.

Areas at a Glance

  • Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis Bike Park: 10 bike-park trails and 8 single trails, served by the Waldbahn, Sonnenbahn, Komperdell and Schönjoch lifts
  • Frommestrail: the regional classic — 8.6 km of red-grade difficulty, descending through alpine meadows, pine forest and working mountain pastures into the valley
  • Bifitrail: a gentle beginner trail for your first bike-park days
  • 2026 season: pre-opening 04–07.06.2026, regular operation 13.06–11.10.2026, daily 8:30–17:00

What Suits You?

  • Trail and flow fans: the Frommestrail combines 8.6 km of descent with changing terrain — great for practising line choice on different surfaces
  • Leisure e-bikers: the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis high plateau offers relaxed e-bike tours to mountain pastures and huts — moderate climbs with sweeping views over the Oberinntal
  • Beginners and families: the Bifitrail and practice areas are designed specifically for stress-free skill building — Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is one of the most beginner-friendly bike-park regions in the Alps

If the weather closes in at the bike park, the neighbouring Reschenpass area with its 3-Country Enduro trails is about half an hour away — we switch flexibly.
