FAQ Innsbruck Bike Park

Frequently Asked Questions about the Innsbruck Bike Park Course

Can I go to the Innsbruck Bike Park as a beginner?

Yes, if you can brake confidently and have a working MTB or E-MTB. In the Basic & Safety course we start in a controlled way with basic position, braking, looking ahead and suitable lines on easy sections.

Which course suits my level?

Basic & Safety is right for your first bike park day or for more confidence. Trail Skills is right if you want to ride blue trails more smoothly. Master Skills is right for advanced riders who want to work on speed, drops, small jumps and line choice. If you are unsure, just send us a quick note about your level.

What protective gear do I need?

A helmet is mandatory. For the bike park we also recommend knee protectors, gloves and, depending on your level, back/elbow protectors or a full-face helmet. The exact recommendation depends on the course, the weather and your level.

Is the lift pass included in the price?

No, lift pass, bike park ticket and rental gear are not automatically included unless expressly stated otherwise for the specific date.

How long does a bike park course last?

Most coaching sessions last around 2.5-3 hours. For fixed dates the respective date description applies; for private training we arrange duration, meeting point and focus individually.

Can I book private training with friends?

Yes. Private training is possible for 1-4 people. It is important that you are all at roughly a similar level so the coaching in the bike park stays really efficient.

What happens in bad weather?

In light rain, skills training can still make sense. In the event of thunderstorms, storms or conditions that do not allow a safe course in the bike park, we will arrange a rescheduling with you.
